Shatter casting allows players to continue casting spells without spell slots. While shatter casting may sound amazing it comes at a high cost... using their characters mana. Using your mana can if abused lead to Minor Shatters or worse Major Shatters of their characters beings races like ManaTouched can also use their Mana to empower their spells but still with a chance to shatter.
